How do I register a player by myself on the home page?

You can complete a player registration yourself by following steps:


● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Players" and click on "Player Registration" from the menu. Then a new player registration page will be displayed.

● Enter your valid details, upload the requested documents, and click on the “Register”.

● Wait for approval from the District and State secretary.

● After approval, players will receive a confirmation email with login credentials (member ID and temporary password).

● If the district or state secretary rejects the player, the player will receive a rejection email with the reason for the rejection.

How do I renew my membership?

You can renew membership yourself by following steps:


● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on the "Players" menu and click on "Membership Renewal".

● Enter your "Member ID" and click on “Renew”.

● Payment gateways will be displayed. You have to complete the payment.

● Now your renewal request will be received by the District and State Secretary.

● You have to wait to get approval from the district secretary or state secretary.

   OR

● You can contact your State secretary to renew your membership.

● After renewal, you will receive a confirmation email.

● Go to Pending Payments and complete the payments.

How do I enroll in a tournament by player login?

You can enroll in a tournament yourself by following the steps:


● Open the Zeetius Web Application through the URL. Then the home page will be displayed.

● Click on "Player Login" then the Player Login popup window will be displayed. Enter your valid username and password.

● Then click on the "SignIn".

● Click on "Process" and click on "Tournament Entry" from the menu.

● The tournament Entry page will be displayed; select the tournament level from the dropdown, then select the tournament from the dropdown.

● Eligible events will be listed on the "Event List”. Select the event from the list.

● If it is a paired game, the partner player will be listed in a new popup page. Then select the partner player as well.

● Click on “Save”.

● Wait for approval from the District or State Secretary. After approval, you will receive a confirmation email.

● If the District or State Secretary rejects your request, you will receive a rejection email with the reason for the rejection.

How do I enroll in a tournament (Singles, Doubles, or Mixed Doubles) from Home page?

You can enroll in a tournament yourself by following the steps:


● Go to the homepage and click on the"Players" tab.

● Under the Players tab, you'll see options for Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.

● Select the type of tournament you want to join and click the "Enroll" button.

● Fill in the required details and submit your enrollment request.

   What happens after I enroll in a tournament?

● Your enrollment request will need to be approved by the appropriate authority:

● For most tournaments, this will be either the State Secretary or District Secretary.

● For national-level tournaments, the State Secretary's approval is required.

● Once your enrollment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I check the status of my tournament enrollment?

● Log in to your player account.

● Go to the "Enrollment List" page, where you can check your enrollment status.

● If your enrollment is still under review, it will be shown as "Pending Approval."

Who needs to approve my enrollment for different tournament levels?

● State or District Level Tournaments: Approval is required from either the State Secretary or District Secretary.

● National Level Tournaments: Approval is required from the State Secretary.

Can I change my enrollment details after submitting them?

● Yes, you can make changes if needed.

● Go to the "Enrollment List" from the "Manage" tab of your player login. Choose the entry you want to edit.

● Choose the entry you want to edit.

● Click the edit icon, make the necessary changes, and save.

How can I withdraw an entry I've already enrolled in?

● Go to the "Enrollment List""Enrollment List" from the "Manage" tab of your player login.

● Choose the entry you wish to withdraw.

● Click the delete icon to remove the entry.

Who can I contact for help with my enrollment?

● If you need any help with your enrollment, you can contact your State Secretary, District Secretary, or reach out to the Zeetius support team through the "Help & Support" section on the platfor

Can players directly edit their enrolled events?

● Players can edit their partner details for all tournament levels, but only until the enrollment end date.

Steps to follow:

  • Go to enrollment list page.
  • Choose the Tournament.
  • Edit the partner by click on "edit" icon.
  • Confirm it.
